The Town of Glenville’s Andersen Dog Park opened today (April 15th), with a ribbon cutting under brilliant sunshine. The dog park, located at the intersection of Van Buren and Swaggertown Roads, is now open to the public by permit obtainable at the Town Clerk’s office. Special thanks to the Park Planning Commission, Glenville Highway Department, Glenville Water and Sewer Department, Town Clerk Linda Neals, Deputy Town Clerk Julie Davenport, Executive Secretary Lynn Walkuski and Deputy Supervisor James MacFarland. Additional site improvements are planned over the coming weeks, and a Grand Opening is planned for June 11th. We hope you enjoy the new park!
